After reading the many positive reviews and being at the end of the line with the pain from my herniated disc have suffered from back pain. I had gone to physical therapy with limited success. I had been doing the exercises but did not get only some temporary relief, nothing permanent. I felt that I had nothing to lose by trying the Teeter. I ordered a good Teeter EP-550 because I did not want to be upside down in a flimsy inverter that I was afraid to go fully inverted.
Week 1-2: Only 2-3 minutes a day the pain in my back seemed to get worse and I was not feeling any relief.
Week 3-4: I decided to stick with the regimen and give it more time to 5 minute. The pain still had not subsided.
Week 5-6: I took a week off because the muscle spasm. But then continued again after that.
Week 7-8: For about 5 minutes once a day at night, the pain started to get better. I also continued to do some exercises and the pain got less.
Overall, I am so pleased with this teeter hang ups inversion. I have been back pain free for about 2 months which is really amazing.
